		<content type="html">Welcome to my Blog.&amp;nbsp; My name is Anika Porter, I am a 36 year old woman who has struggled with my weight for my entire life.&amp;nbsp; I have finally reached a stage in my life where I don't struggle any longer.&amp;nbsp; You can call it a healing of some sort.&amp;nbsp; I would like to share with you some of the things that have assisted me along this journey.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The first thing I would like to ask you is are you&amp;nbsp;emotionally healthy?&amp;nbsp; I know you are wondering what does that mean.&amp;nbsp; Are you a positive person?&amp;nbsp; Do you look for the good in most people?&amp;nbsp; Do you wake up happy?&amp;nbsp; Do you laugh a lot?&amp;nbsp; Do you meditate?&amp;nbsp; Are you grateful for the small things in life?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Do you say please and thank you on a regular basis?&amp;nbsp; If you have answered no to 2 or 3 of these questions, chances are you are not&amp;nbsp;emotionally healthy.&amp;nbsp; But don't feel bad, as we begin our journey together I will try to lead you to a place of emotional sound living, which will ultimately lead you to The Best You Ever, living in the Best Body Ever!&amp;nbsp; If you answered yes to most of the questions I will also like to take you to the next level.&amp;nbsp; Ok let's dive right in!&amp;nbsp; Step 1:&amp;nbsp; I would like you to make a list of 10 positive things about yourself.&amp;nbsp; Are you smiling yet?&amp;nbsp; Keep in mind this is who you are, this is what you represent, these are your core values.&amp;nbsp; As you go throughout your day,&amp;nbsp;you now&amp;nbsp;have a barrier of protection against negativity.&amp;nbsp; So when you wake up be thankful.&amp;nbsp; Think of what a confident person you are.&amp;nbsp; Proceed through your day with confidence, no matter what you encounter!&amp;nbsp; Remember the battle is first won in your mind.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Stay tuned or subscribe to receive all of my future posts.&amp;nbsp; You can also check out my website, &lt;A href="http://www.fitnesswithanika.com"&gt;www.fitnesswithanika.com&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Can't wait to read your comments or answer any questions you may have.&amp;nbsp; Until next time . . . </content>
